More than a year ago, we decided there had to be a better way to plan for buying or selling a house. It was so easy for so long. Suddenly, we began to see houses not selling as fast, or for as much money.

The problem we saw was really more about finding a solution for buying a home, rather than selling. Questions that came up were: Do buyers buy first and hope to sell their existing later?  What are the chances of ending up with two payments, and for how long? Maybe the best way is to sell first and hope to find the right house later, but then two moves may be required if the right house isn't there; how expensive can it be, and how about the inconvenience?

Every circumstance is different, as well as the comfort level for each person. Therefore, there is no absolute answer that fits everyone. The solution: The Dream Home Vision Process.
